Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GymProHub ("Service"), operated by CupidFaces Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes: attempting to reverse engineer the Service, using it to send unsolicited messages, uploading illegal content, or interfering with other customers' use.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Charges are processed by Paystack or Stripe. You can cancel from your settings at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
4. Data ownership
You own your gym's data (members, payments, attendance, etc.). We store, process, and back up this data on your behalf. You can export it at any time in a machine-readable format. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days then delete it.
5. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, third-party service failures (Paystack, Stripe, Neon), or force majeure.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your settings.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
