Refund policy

GymProHub offers a 30 day money-back guarantee on any paid plan: Core, CRM + Portal, or Enterprise. If GymProHub isn't the right fit for your gym within your first 30 days on a paid plan, email support@gymprohub.fun with your reason and the refund is processed within 3 business days.

The Free plan has no charge and nothing to refund. Cancelling a paid plan at any point stops future billing immediately. Access continues through the end of the period already paid for.
